How long will the coffee stay fresh?+
Whole beans stay fresh for 3 to 4 weeks in an airtight container, and ground coffee for 1 to 2 weeks. Store in a cool, dark place and grind just before brewing.
What grind size should I use?+
It depends on the method: coarse for plunger, medium for drip, medium-fine for pour-over, fine for espresso, and extra coarse for cold brew.
