We use Australia Post for all domestic parcels. There is free postage for all orders.
We ship Australia Wide, including all remote and rural regions. A confirmation email from our chosen courier will be sent to your inbox once your order has left our warehouse. All products you purchase are all in stock and ready for immediate dispatch and any delay is due to the volume of sales we get on daily basis.
Unfortunately we do not deliver internationally at this time.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a blue or red card will be left on the premises with information on collecting your item. To avoid delays in receiving your order, customers are advised to use an address (such as a work address) where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery during working hours.
Can You Leave My Parcel At The Front Door If Nobody Is Home?
YES. If you would like to have your parcel left on the premises if nobody is home at the time of delivery however, that is no problem at all. Please let us know by writing this at the checkout in the comments section.
Do You Provide A Tracking Number For My Parcel?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox once your order has shipped from our warehouse. This will come from our chosen courier. Please be sure to also check your emails "junk mail" folder, as it may have landed there depending on your email settings.
